We all know the saying 'Is the glass half empty or half full?'
This simple question speaks volumes about the nature of human perception. Are we upset that the glass is half empty? Or are we joyful that the glass is half full? The glass of water itself does not matter, what matters is the way we choose to look at it.
In the same way, we can turn our miserable, boring, empty lives, into the most glorious life full of abundance, simply by changing the way we choose to look at it. By consciously shifting our perspective, even the most difficult ordeals can bring us wisdom and growth. It's not always easy to do, but it's definitely worth the effort!
The aim of this blog is to look at common life experiences from 'a glass half full' perspective; one that serves us and helps us face life's challenges with strength, grace and a little smile on our face. I hope my work gives you some food for thought and the occasional ah-ha! moment.

Practically nothing on here is original, groundbreaking stuff I've thought of myself. My work is an amalgamation of things I've learnt from other people, with a sprinkling of my own life experiences. It comes from countless books, videos, podcasts and conversations over glasses of wine (which were definitely more than half full!).
